Dolfin House is a double-storey home with the owner residing on the upper floor. The ground level features a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. It includes 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite), a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Dolfin House accommodates 6 guests, with the option to extend to 9 subject to availability of the Man Cave. Guests enjoy the swimming pool and braai area.
📍 The property is centrally situated within walking distance (500 m) from the main beach, Yzerfontein Sports and Recreation Club, restaurants, Yzer Bru, Rosemead Bakery, coffee shops, medical centre as well as the 16 mile beach. Less than 1km from the town centre with Spar and other charming shops.
You only have to bring yourselves, clothing, and food — Wi-Fi and all utensils required are available for your use.

🛋️ The Man Cave
The Man Cave was originally planned as our offices, however, due to demand, it was converted to accommodate couples looking for a quick stay or who prefer a smaller, cosier space.
It consists of a bedroom and a small open-plan living room, kitchen, shower, and toilet. There is an Android TV smart box for the use of Netflix and other streaming services.
Can be combined with Dolfin House to accommodate up to 9 guests.
